Mobile Crèche
A mobile crèche is a specialist service which offers the most flexible childcare for your wedding day, family party, function or conference. The concept is very popular to families with young children, offering a great option to ensure peace of mind for parents, with the flexibility that they will be able to visit the children at any time.
Our wedding/event childcare team will arrive at the venue of your choice, to create a safe, creative, fun environment for children aged 0 – 10 years old. We can transform a room into an imaginative haven where children will love to be. We will provide a full range of toys, play equipment, and creative activities, keeping them busy. But we will also have a chill-out space where they can calm down during a long day, and a place to have meals and snacks too.
We will generally run a mobile creche for 4 hours or more. Within this time the children will experience a wide section of activites to include arts, crafts, music and movement, games, outdoor activities, party games, snacks, free play, story time, and role play. We have a wide range of board games, constuction activities, baby toys, arts, crafts, puppet theatre, Wii, wooden boat, dolls house, garage with cars, stable and horses, bakery and coffe shop, market stall, rose cottage, disco lights, golf, karoke, Dvd’s and soft play.
Many clients who are recommended to us, tend to mention a toy or game that has been popular at another event or wedding such as our wooden boat!! Very popular…..
Children over 10 years will be considered when the crèche is booked depending on the staff to child ratio.
Event passes
To create a safe and secure environment for the children, we have a check-in service for the crèche. This means parents will need to complete a crèche registration form before the event with their family details and emergency contacts. Each child will then have one event pass for their family to have access to them. We will agree a special questions in advance so that only authorised adults can come to the crèche. We find this system works well for all families and gives everyone peace of mind.
